In the spring of March, everything revived, and a scene of vitality in the Wangjiang Garden Community of Hefei Xinyuan. On March 19th, on a sunny day, property customer Ding Hua came to the community as usual, and started a day of work with full energy. In accordance with the requirements of the company's “Spring Breeze Action”, each building and each corridor in the area under its jurisdiction will be inspected, recorded, and quality upgraded item by item. After the inspection, the grandfather Li, the elderly owner of the community living alone, took care of “one-on-one”... The daily work was busy but full.


        The calm work was broken by a phone call that came out of it. At about 16:30 in the afternoon, Ding Hua, who had just visited from the grandmother's house, received a call from the owner, Mr. Wang: 'Hurry up to save my wife, she I took medicine at home...', I asked Mr. Wang carefully, only to know that his wife was angry and drinking toxic liquids because of family conflicts. At this time, Mr. Wang was on a business trip and was in a hurry. Upon hearing this, Ding Hua immediately put down his work and ran to Mr. Wang's house, and dialed 120 emergency calls and reported it to the project leader on the way. After panting and rushing to the owner's home, I saw Mr. Wang's wife lying on the ground in pain, his consciousness was coma, and his body kept shaking. Ding Hua quickly took the quilt from the bedroom to keep her warm. In order to keep the female owner awake, Ding Hua kept trying to talk to her and patiently appease; at the same time, the security team was responsible for opening the fire exit and guiding the emergency vehicles into the park. Ding Hua and colleagues took Mr. Wang as fast as possible. The wife is sent to the nearest hospital.


         After rushing to the hospital, Ding Hua and his colleagues split their actions. The safety director Chen Ronghua was responsible for handling the hospitalization procedures. The customer service staff Huang Fanli cooperated with the medical staff to do the rescue. Ding Hua went to the supermarket to buy pure milk and cooperated with the doctor to help him induce vomiting. Time passed by, and as the toxic liquid that Mr. Wang’s wife would drink, spit out and turned to safety, their hearts were finally put down. Huang Fanli also helped her take medicine and pour water, and she stayed in front of the bed until Mr. Wang came from outside. Seeing his wife on the hospital bed, Mr. Wang took their hands tightly and thanked them again and again: 'Thanks to your timely help, or not, it is unreasonable. You are our loved ones!'


        After returning to the community, Ding Hua’s heart could not be calm for a long time. Home is a happy harbor, and everything is great. The family is like this. The same is true of the community members under the same roof. In fact, the relationship between the property and the owner is not only the relationship between the service and the service, but also the family that is not a family member who is better than a loved one.
