Recently, the 'Property Management Practice Series' jointly organized by well-known enterprises such as Zhengzhou Property Management Association and Xinyuan Property was published. Zhengzhou City Property Management Association specially organized the 'Property Management Standard Operation Series' gift-giving ceremony, and Xinyuan Property was invited as the editor-in-chief to receive the gift.

The series is divided into six volumes: Customer Service, Facility Equipment, Green Maintenance, Archives Management, Environmental Cleaning, and Order Maintenance. The series of books is mainly for the operation and use of grassroots employees of property companies, covering all aspects of property management services, with integrity, guidance and operability. Allowing employees to apply and land in time after reading and learning, to achieve the knowledge should be known, at a glance, know what will be done, immediate results.

Based on the characteristic service system established by the company for 20 years, standardized management, and good reputation in the industry, Xinyuan Service has led the preparation of the “Customer Service” manual. The manual elaborates on the concept of customer service, basic requirements, related work processes, satisfaction survey, risk prevention, and information technology application. A total of fifteen chapters and fifty sections are set. After repeated review and revision by the editors, the contents of the manual are more refined, and the actual operation is more meaningful.


In order to ensure the quality of the manual preparation, the editorial board combined with the opinions of experts from Zhengzhou Property Management Association and Henan Science and Technology Publishing House, led by Wang Yanbo, editor-in-chief of the 'Customer Service' Editorial Committee and general manager of Xinyuan Service, and organized all the editorial staff. In-depth discussion, at the same time adopted the case of many excellent enterprises such as Xinyuan Service, and strive to ensure that the manual content is fine and easy to understand, and operability.


The full set of 'Property Management Practice Series' is the wisdom of the industry, the collective crystallization, the honor of the industry, and the full recognition of the Xinyuan Service service capabilities involved in the preparation of the work.
